Position Statement:
As Night Manager you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all hotel operations during shift to ensure an exceptional service across all departments
- Overseeing all audits and checks, ensuring all reports are sent through to relevant departments
- Health and safety, fire and evacuation procedures and protocols during shift
- Ensuring all staff on shift are aware of groups or VIP arrivals
- Ensuring a thorough handover is given to relevant departments after every shift
- Effective management of the Night team
- Overseeing and assisting with general night porter duties as and when required
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or previous Night Manager experience within Hospitality
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with clear concise communication
- Professional telephone manner
- High level of computer literacy, to include all Microsoft office applications
- Customer focused approach with a passion to deliver excellent customer service.
