Position Statement:

As Night Manager you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all hotel operations during shift to ensure an exceptional service across all departments
• Overseeing all audits and checks, ensuring all reports are sent through to relevant departments
• Health and safety, fire and evacuation procedures and protocols during shift
• Ensuring all staff on shift are aware of groups or VIP arrivals
• Ensuring a thorough handover is given to relevant departments after every shift
• Effective management of the Night team
• Overseeing and assisting with general night porter duties as and when required

Essential Criteria

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager or previous Night Manager experience within Hospitality
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clear concise communication
• Professional telephone manner
• High level of computer literacy, to include all Microsoft office applications
• Customer focused approach with a passion to deliver excellent customer service.
