Why You?

To support during the night the housekeeping leadership in all areas to ensure consistency and excellence in
the required standards of cleanliness, product presentation and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas to create a warm, friendly, and comfortable environment for our hotels’ guests.
We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and talent.
You will work with brilliant talent across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
What do we need from you?
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a prominent level of performance.
- Must work on the initiative with an initiative-taking and flexible attitude.
- Able to demonstrate an understanding of high-quality service delivery and their impact on this.
- Perform the job with diligence and the ability to organize and oversee multiple tasks effectively.
- Minimum of 2 years in a housekeeping role with at least 1 year in a supervisory role in a luxury hotel environment.
- Perform a job with a prominent level of diligence to organize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Warm, enthusiastic, and positive personality with the ability to build trusting relationships with others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure by being well organized and juggling priorities comfortably.
- Knowledge of COSHH and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Minimum computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Fluent English language skills and presentation ability
