Job description
We are Queensmead, a residential care home on Victoria Road in Polegate, just a short walk from the main High Street. We provide excellent care and support for our older residents. We are looking for a caring individual to join our friendly, supportive team as a healthcare assistant on nights. We have one part-time (12 hours a week) position available to work every Saturday night.

Night healthcare assistant responsibilities:
- Support residents with personal care
- Complete daily documentation for care plans
- Care for users who are end of life
- Support residents at mealtimes
- Answer call bells, the door and welcome visitors
- Supporting with activities and lifestyle for our lovely residents
Night care assistant requirements:
