We are looking for a reliable, caring and compassionate Health Care assistant to join our team at Holly Bank residential Care Home. The ideal candidate will be expected to deliver high quality person centred care and support, ensuring that privacy, dignity and independence, rights and fulfilment of our clients.

To enable you to develop new skills and create fresh ways of working to meet the needs of our service users.
You must be willing to undergo a full DBS check, have at least a minimum of five years experience in a care home setting. Provide two satisfactory references. Demonstrate you are able to follow instructions and follow procedures.
The position will consist of a two week alternate shift rota. Which will consist of 24 hours per week with the option of covering annual leave. Including paid breaks.
