Job description
A Night Concierge is required for a private residential block in the SW1P area .
Work: You will be required to work on a rotational shift pattern: 3 days on / 3 days off from 7:30pm to 7:30am.

Salary: £ 25,000
Responsibilities:
- Maintain good relationships with all leaseholders. Know and recognize leaseholders and tenants.
- Greet all visitors to the site, check that they are expected and ensure they are directed to the appropriate on-site location.
- Control garage parking and issue visitor parking permits as required. Control forecourt parking from delivery companies ensuring that gates and emergency access points are not blocked.
- Accept parcel delivery as authorized on behalf of leaseholders and tenants, logging the delivery as required using the systems in place; issue of parcels to addressees upon proper identification and obtain proof of collecting using the system provided.
- Accept and issue apartment keys held securely in the box to and from authorized persons using the systems provided to record such activity.
- Notify the Development Supervisor or Property Manager of any queries or problems on the estate which require urgent attention, including any residents’ complaints.
- Fix, repair or clean any area where required, and able to do so in a safe manner. This includes light bulb changing, litter clearance, cleaning spillages, sweeping the grounds/car park, dusting and polishing communal areas, clearing blocked walkway drains.
- Carry out the programme of water meter readings, supervised by the Development Supervisor.
- Co-ordinate, instruct and allow access for services to the estate, such as deliveries, contractors, utility companies, letting agents with appointments.
- Maintain all diaries and log books in a clear and concise manner ensuring that incoming shifts can fully understand issues which might be of importance on their shift.
- Ensure that the Concierges’ Box is kept clean and tidy and that all policies and processes for key issues/holding and parcel acceptance are adhered to at all times.
- Respond to any emergency alarms in a timely fashion, reporting any serious issues without delay to the Development Supervisor or Property Manager.
- Undertake any maintenance issues in the absence on the maintenance operative, for example, light bulb changing, steam and pressure cleaning, watering, moving waste bins to road and back again with the tug.
- Liaise with, and accompany contractors during emergency situations, involving the emergency services where necessary.
- Be prepared to attend site in the event of an emergency, outside working hours, as required.
- Attend training where necessary.
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by the Development Supervisor or Property Manager.
You will report to the Estate Manager.
The conduct of duties has to be of the highest standard and you must be presentable at all times, smart, have an ability to communicate at all levels and build trust with the residents.
