The Site
The development has been completed in 2016 and includes 57 stunning New York loft style apartments, ranging from studio flats to split level penthouse residences. 55VS provides 24hours concierge, gymnasium, Zipcar club membership for 10 years, car park, and two communal gardens lushly landscaped rear courtyard and an 8th floor sky garden with a south facing views. 55VS is surrounded by famous landmarks such as Buckingham Palace and Royal Park, which are immediately to the north, and the iconic Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey to the east. Also nearby are the illustrious areas of Mayfair, St James’s and Belgravia.
The Job Requirements
- Ensure exemplary levels of customer service during the evenings and nights for all residents and their guests, to welcome them to site and always make the site feel like their home
- Welcome residents and their guests to site, always presenting a professional and personable demeanour
- Assist with resident’s and client requests, delivering an excellent bespoke service and be always an ambassador for IPM
- Conduct regular site inspections and security patrols of site and report any issues that arise
- Manage and monitor contractors and building works that may be taking place and to ensure all Health and Safety measures are being always adhered
- Be responsible for the inspection and presentation of reception area and common parts of the site, ensuring these always remain immaculate
- Carrying out basic cleaning duties
- Assist with a detailed handover at the end of each shift to always ensure continuity of service
- Work with the concierge team to ensure constant updates for daily operations are maintained
- Effectively manage time ensuring the completion of all pre-set tasks and carry out any other duties as required
- Always wear correct uniform and maintain standards of appearance, personal hygiene, behaviour, and discipline
Experience Requirements
Previous experience in private residence is highly desirable
High standard of written and spoken English
Experience in a similar role or environment is desirable
