So, what will I actually be doing?
A night care support worker’s role involves working with vulnerable people in different ways. You will be helping people who have mental health problems. Some people may need emotional support to get them through a difficult time, while others will need a more hands-on approach to take them out on activities. In the evenings you will support residents with their bedtime routines and when they are asleep you will busy yourself getting things ready for the team the next day and checking that residents are safe.

Money, money, money
You will receive between £10.74 and £11.14 per hour. We will also offer you a generous benefits package that includes no travel for work, full shifts, a pension scheme, paid holidays and meals on duty. We will also provide full induction and training programmes that lead to recognised diplomas.
