Where you’ll work: As Night Care Assistant whilst working along us in our continued efforts to make life better for our residents here at Ingersley Court care home, located in Bollington, Macclesfield.

Mandatory training (including practical sessions) will be delivered in house by one of our qualified team of trainers, FOR FREE to support you to competently fulfil your role as Care Assistant in supporting our residents to fulfil their retirement years in a simulating and homely environment here at Ingersley Court.

What you’ll be doing:
- Respecting resident’s rights of choice, privacy and dignity.
- Supporting residents to remain as active as possible who have limited mobility or physical difficulties.
- Supporting residents with personal care and mealtimes
- Work as part of a team to promote key, consistent and effective working.
- Completing daily records using our care planning system to improve the personalisation and quality of care delivery for our residents.
