Job description
We currently do not have a sponsership licence
We are looking for a Waking Night Staff with at least 1 year of Experience and preferably medication trained or willing to learn.
You will need to work unsupervised and use your initative. Each night is different as you are dealing with people and their lives. Some nights everyone could be in bed, others they may be sitting up together watching a late film.
Once everyone is assited to bed and settled there are domestic duties in the communal area.
Hourly checks during the night. Offering light snacks and drinks. Talking to the clients and making them feel safe. Those who get up early, assisting them with full personal care as per their care plan and reporting on their changing needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Salary: From £11.20 per hour
