A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT AUDITOR AT THE MUNICIPAL, M GALLERY.
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Nights Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following.
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to create a personalised and memorable experience to our guest journey
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
- Assist Night Manager in processing Night Audit
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We hire mostly on personality potential but here are a few of our requirements...
To succeed in the role of Night Auditor, you will need the following qualities and skills.
- Previous experience in customer facing role is an advantage
- Ability to take decisions and think on your feet
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Ability to work well as a team
- Computer literate and ability to learn new software
