The Role
Are you an experienced and currently trained Tier Two NHS 111 Health Advisor who is looking for greater flexibility and a better work life balance? Do you have at least six month's post Pathways’ training experience and a passion for the role? Are you available for 12 to 37.5 hours per week? If so, we would love to hear from you.

Who are we?
We are Integrated Care 24 (IC24), the leading not-for-profit Social Enterprise providing innovative and patient-focused primary care services. IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.
Location: Remote/Homeworking with occasional travel to one of our contact centres in either Ashford, Ipswich or Norwich as and when required.
Hours Available We have full and part time opportunities ranging from a minimum of 12 hours to a maximum of 37.5 hours per week, covering a 24/7 operation
Typical start times are between 06:00-20:00
We are confident we can find a rota that works for you but please note that we are predominantly an out of hours service so we require a minimum amount of shifts to be undertaken during evenings and weekends and shift patterns can vary.
Additional hours may be available in times of peak demand.

- Equivalent salaries starting from £22,426 per annum for daytime rotas, pro rata, with enhancements this could increase to £24,675 per annum dependent on hours worked

You need to currently, or recently (within the last 6 weeks) have worked as a Tier Two Pathways/Health Advisor (Call Handler), living in England or Wales, with a suitable internet connection (minimum requirement - 20+ Mbps download / 4+ Mbps upload) and a quiet private space to work from.
Although the role is based at home, you will need to travel to your assigned contact centre if circumstances change and homeworking is no longer viable. During your first two weeks there will be a selection of classroom dates that must be attended in person at one of our three sites. Reasonable travel and accommodation will be paid by IC24. You may subsequently be required to occasionally attend a contact centre for further training and/or face to face support and guidance.
Due to the nature of this position, employment is subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, completion of a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure and two references. Identity documents will need to be sent securely or presented in person.
