The Role:
Are you looking for an administrative role that will really make a difference to lives? We have a role available for a part time remote working administrator to join our new and innovative community MSK service for residents of Croydon.
The core purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the community MSK service in Croydon, through the provision of effective and efficient administrative services for NHS patients, referring GP’s, healthcare professionals and other stakeholder contacts. It encompasses a range of administrative responsibilities that support the day-to-day operations of the business, as well as contributing to its ongoing development. You will be supported by a dedicated administration team manager.

Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Professional telephone manner with excellent administration and customer service skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to use own initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion.
- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required.
Desirable:
- Previous experience working at a Physiotherapy practice or medical environment.
- Experience using NHS IT systems including EMIS, PACS, and ERS.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
