*For this role you must have strong IT skills such as MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel*
DBS and security clearance checks are required due to the nature of workplace.

What you'll be doing
- To operate and maintain the effective use of computerised company systems.
- To accurately receipt invoices from suppliers and audit check to make sure all invoices have been captured for the period.
- Responsible for petty cash holding and reimbursements and weekly reconciliation and change order
- Use email and telephone to communicate with suppliers, Aramark and RNLI personnel.
- Attend meetings and taking minutes as required.
- Provide admin support for Management team as required.
- Assist all HOD’s to ensure all staff personnel records etc. are up to date following GDPR guidelines
- Ensure all weekly and monthly paperwork and reports are completed as per RNLI and Aramark requirements, and filed appropriately
- To be fully conversant and compliant with company Health and Safety Policy Procedure and company Security Procedures
- To be fully conversant and compliant with RNLI Fire and Evacuation Procedure
- To report any malfunctions of equipment to the relevant manager
- To positively promote the company in both general conduct and standards
- Carry out any reasonable Management Request
Experience
- Previous experience in an admin based role
- Good use of Microsoft programs including excel
- Have a great eye for detail and an excellent telephone manner
- Able to effectively manage your own workload
