Salary: starting from £42,600.51 to £46,860.56 dependant on experience
The Role
Putting client-centred care into practice requires the backing of the whole organisation, we are looking for a passionate and committed NHS Contracts Manager to join our team. You must be pro-choice on abortion and an advocate of our mission ‘Your Body, Your Choice, Your Future’.
You will be responsible for managing regional contracts in an effective and pro-active manner to ensure the on-going management and maintenance of existing business including exploring opportunities to develop and grow contracts within an allocated region.
You will have experience in contract management and be organised and focussed in the way you work to maintain relationships with internal/external stakeholders (mainly NHS contracts) working in collaboration with the Head of Business Development.
This role will be working within a highly focussed and motivated NHS Account Management and development team, with a remit to contract manage and increase new business in key areas including termination of pregnancy, contraception and vasectomy services.
To perform this role, it is essential that you have the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience in contract management and relationship management
- Previous track record in business improvement and growth
- Significant expertise in all areas of contract management and business development including strategy, forging partnerships and project reporting
- Used to presenting to both small and large groups
- IT literate
- Negotiation techniques
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment, respecting and collaborating with all individuals equally, and with a commitment to overcome bias and prejudice
It is desirable for you to have sound knowledge of the healthcare sector or significance transferable skills to be successful in this role.
