Location: Nottinghamshire (Community role)
Contract Type: Agency/Locum, ongoing contract
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour

Duties:
- Collect venous blood samples from patients, as requested for laboratory investigations in clinic environments and patients own homes
- Work within a team, meeting the needs of the service defined client group
- Provide high quality evidence based care to patients that is responsive, effective and efficient
Requirements of the Community Phlebotomist:
- Qualified Phlebotomist i.e. Degree or equivalent within Phlebotomy
- Recent experience within Phlebotomy
- Registered with the HCPC as a Phlebotomist to work in the UK
- NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Car driver
