Location: Nottinghamshire (Community role)

Contract Type: Agency/Locum, ongoing contract

Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour

Duties:

• Collect venous blood samples from patients, as requested for laboratory investigations in clinic environments and patients own homes
• Work within a team, meeting the needs of the service defined client group
• Provide high quality evidence based care to patients that is responsive, effective and efficient

Requirements of the Community Phlebotomist:

• Qualified Phlebotomist i.e. Degree or equivalent within Phlebotomy
• Recent experience within Phlebotomy
• Registered with the HCPC as a Phlebotomist to work in the UK
• NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Car driver
