This role can be covered by a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), Social Worker or Occupational Therapist.
Team/Specialism: Mental Health
Pay Rate: £36 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract: Locum, 3-Months
Hours: Full-time, 09:00-17:00, Monday-Friday
We have 3 teams currently looking for Case Coordinators:
- Carrick - Based Truro HealthPark, Truro
- Kerrier - Based at Longrach Hospital site, Redruth
- North Cornwall - Based Bodmin Hospital site, Bodmin

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience in Adults Services
- Driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
- Staff covering expected to be based in Cornwall, attending the respective office each day
