Position: Next Generation Talent Attraction Manager Location: Remote (Midlands) Work Pattern: Monday-Friday. The Next Generation Talent Team are pivotal in attracting and pipelining the next generation of talent, through a variety of inclusive programmes (Graduate & Apprenticeship programmes), with an overall aim to close the gap in the shortage of critical skills for now and the future in line with DHL Supply Chain growth ambitions. The role overview: You'll be responsible for managing all attraction activity across identified target schools and universities. You'll design, organise, and attend a range of marketing events including signature large scale campus branding and engagement installations. You'll use your understanding of graduate and school leaver attraction to drive high quality applications to our Next Generation Talent programmes, whilst analysing key metrics that you will convey through end of campaign summaries and reports. Main Responsibilities: The strategic design and delivery of innovative campaigns from start to finish to attract a strong pipeline to our Next Generation Talent Programmes (Graduate & Apprenticeship programmes). Ensure a seamless attraction and engagement process, creating and delivering events and initiatives. Develop and lead attraction and education activities for Emerging Talent opportunities including both in-person and virtual recruiting activity. Lead and manage school and university relationships – identifying key schools, colleges, and universities to work in partnership with Working in collaboration with Programme Managers to utilise external partner relationships Work closely with DEIB team to ensure we are working towards DHL's D&I targets, including identifying new ways to target candidate groups. Identifying and managing strategic national sponsorships and memberships Creating the campus attraction strategy for Next Generation Talent and regularly analysing its performance to ensure ROI Work in collaboration with internal marketing team with a focus on our brand in the Next Generation Talent space. Collating and analysing data to identify new marketing channels and opportunities to improve the campaign Industry conferences: Collaborate with programme managers on attraction strategy and activities specific to partnerships with Next Generation Talent and industry organizations. This includes, but is not limited to national and regional conferences, networking events, presentations, information sessions, utilization of membership databases, and other customized solutions. Manage the external website to ensure it is up to date, and work with the internal comms teams to promote our messaging across DHL owned social platforms. Work in collaboration with the Onboarding &Recruitment Coordinator on the design and delivery of key Next Generation Talent events such as Assessment Centres and Induction.
