Social Worker Newly Qualified (ASYE)
Starting salary £33,024 per annum plus £1000 golden hello payment subject to 12 month continued employment.
On completion of ASYE £35,438 per annum
Full Time 37 Hours

Your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment aims to consolidate your learning from university and support you to further develop and improve your practice. Our ASYE includes:

- Mandatory and bespoke training that is tailored to your individual needs, including workshops, action learning sets and other learning opportunities to underpin your studies and provide a firm foundation to your social work career
- One to one and group supervision
- Dedicated time to focus on ASYE development
- Protected time to complete your ASYE Reflective Portfolio of Evidence.
- Dedicated support from the Centre for Excellence and access to a Practice Development Social Worker
- Self-directed learning
- Shadowing opportunities with a range of services and professionals.
