Job description
We are looking for a dynamic and bright studio supervisor for our vibrant new studio in Victoria. We are offering 20+ hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced team leader who’s looking for their next challenge.
Job Summary
Exceptional customer service, operational excellence, team management and a strong community spirit within our Psycle studio is pivotal to ensuring we build loyal customers for life and grow a successful business. It’s your job, as a senior studio lead, to support the Studio Manager with the day to day running of the studio and the team. You will be responsible for managing the studio in their absence and leading the team so that everyone is working efficiently, effectively and energetically. You are passionate about upholding all standards and delivering results as per company demands to elevate people’s lives and the Psycle experience. You remain invested in your own personal development and are open to giving and receiving feedback to fuel yours, the teams and business’s achievement.
Your role will be to support the studio manager with any additional duties included but not limited to:
- Internal/External Community Marketing
- Employee performance support
- Team building/events
- Purchasing and ordering
- Operations
- Classpass Allocations

- Previous proven leadership experience required

- Has an aptitude for acquiring skills in Health & safety, Fire Marshall & Hygiene Training
- You will need to be flexible with your schedule. Working hours will be based on business needs but can start as early as 5:45am and run as late as 9:30pm. You will need to be available to work between 3-5 days per week, including a weekend day.
