Property Management Administrator/Assistant – Bromley – £20,000 to £25,000 dependant on experience
My client, a bespoke Block Management firm based in Bromley, are currently seeking an enthusiastic Property Management Administrator/Assistant to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for a career driven individual to join an ambitious firm with long term plans for growth and success. There is the opportunity to progress into a Junior Property Management role in the future.
Duties:
- Acting as point of contact for customers or clients via phone and email
- Administration support to the team and wider office
- Providing support to the Property Management team assisting with management of blocks
- Uploading and reviewing invoices for the blocks and assisting with the financial management
- Liaising with contractors
- Other general office administration duties and upkeep
- Supporting the team during periods of absence
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience within Administration/Property Management (property experience, desirable but not essential)
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Highly organised
- A good understanding of Microsoft office packages
Package:
- £20,000 to £25,000 dependant on experience
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per completed year of service up to a max of 30 days

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
