Main responsibilities
Creating and following-up on sales leads generated by field sales, marketing, price comparison sites and social media.
Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
To explain to a prospect the benefits of the products and provide any assistance or further data/information to enable the customer to make an informed decision.
To be able to navigate objections and inquire and respond to customers apprehension.
Database management and providing regular reports on activity and feedback.
Liaising with colleagues from across the business to ensure join-up and that first-class customer service is provided at all times.
You must have/be:
Great telephone and face-to-face manner.
Able to articulate the features and benefits of our product.
Able to handle and overcome objections to help close a sale.
Extremely well organised in managing time to prioritise and follow up prospects at various stages of interest.
Exceptional verbal and written communication.
Ability to own the sales jounrey from start to finish.
Key skills/experience
Previous telephone sales experience in an outbound sales or field sales support role.
Sales Management Experience (Desired).
Able to self-manage your time.
Experience in financial/payment services.
Be willing to visit customers – travel costs will be paid.
