The role offers the right individual, the opportunity to work with best-in-class teams at Frost & Sullivan, in helping to address critical business challenges across a wide range of organisations and client groups. This is a hybrid role based out of our offices in London.

An Account Manager (dependent on experience) at Frost & Sullivan takes responsibility for direct client interaction, new business development as well as relationship management activities across assigned industry sector(s).


This is a New Business Development role where you will build your client portfolio into Key Accounts. This role involves supporting client requirements via Frost & Sullivan's business Intelligence and Advisory services (including Brand and Demand Generation Solutions).


This is a hybrid role.


Responsibilities:
  • Proven professional services and consultative sales experience, with a strong track record of success (New business development & relationship management).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed set targets- measured monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • This is a New Business Development (100% new business) , This role involves supporting client requirements via Frost & Sullivan's business Intelligence and Advisory services (including Brand and Demand Generation Solutions).
  • Previous experience of gathering business relevant information and generating client interest from a remote selling and tele-sales approach, including in-person client meetings when required.
  • Experience or interest within Frost & Sullivan’s coverage of Industry Verticals (any or all) https://www.frost.com/research/industry/ , is an advantage.
  • Strong CRM discipline, the ability to accurately maintain and forecast 30-60-90 day pipeline.
  • The motivation to identify, generate and exploit new business opportunities via new logos, as well as nurture existing accounts (up selling and cross selling of deliverables).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to forge and maintain strategic partnerships with internal and external clients and the ability to target new business

  • Proven experience of proactive/direct external client contact and exposure to a professional / fast paced business environment

  • Be confident in structuring and managing meetings via Zoom/Teams.

  • Ability to work autonomously, but also effectively in an international team environment.
  • Being intellectually curious, and agile in thinking, with a willingness to listen and learn.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Proven English language fluency
  • Experience in Business Intelligence Subscription Sales and/or Consultancy Services would be an advantage.
  • Proven business to business services-based sales /customer service experience would be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of /interest in the assigned business environment.
  • Previous experience in gathering business relevant information and generating client interest from a telesales/online approach.
  • A consultative manner and an understanding of business-to-business service sales process/structure.
  • A Degree Qualification and/or master’s in business administration would be desired.
  • Full UK working rights.

Desirable:

  • Fluency within written and spoken English language. Fluency with other European languages is desirable.
  • Ambition and self-motivation to succeed regardless of the challenge.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
