Job Spec: Digital Marketing Sales Role
The role will focus on selling SEO, link building and paid search into the UK and US markets. Once the candidate has written self generated business they will be supported with fresh, qualified leads. You will develop and maintain your own accounts therefore generating regular compounding commission each month.
We offer an uncapped commission scheme that has been set in stone for over 7 years, this has created a sales team that feel safe and have grown exponentially!
We are only looking for candidates that have a solid track record in selling digital marketing historically.
Responsibilities will include:
- New Business Development & Prospecting
- Training & Individual learning
- Order Fulfilment
- Account Management
- Client reporting & forecasting in line with Sales Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Sales experience of at least 3 years (successful candidates will come from selling digital marketing services)
- A proven record of telesales experience (preferably B2B)
- A History of success in a target driven environment.
Successful candidates will have:
- A good grasp of English & Mathematics.
- A hunger to earn significant remuneration.
- A resilience to knock-backs & the ability to overcome objections.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and email.
- Able to think fast & find the right solution.
- The ability to learn quickly and soak up information
Commission
The commission scheme is uncapped, giving the candidate the opportunity to earn a considerable income. A strong salesman can double there basic within the first 12 months and even earn six figures over 18 months.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£150,000.00 per year
