An exciting opportunity has arisen within our private service for a Neurodevelopmental specialist to join our team. We welcome candidates from Clinical Psychology, Nursing and other allied health professionals. We have vacancies for 2 candidates for this post.
This post is a new addition to the team and the successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team. Candidates are required to have extensive knowledge in either child development and/or adult mental health, neurodevelopmental disorders, risk assessment and comorbid mental health conditions. The successful candidate will be involved in diagnostic assessments of conditions such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our service does also offer post diagnostic treatment and support in the form of group/individual therapy, psychoeducational workshops, educational programmes and training of professionals so the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to be deliver some of these therapeutic interventions.

Our team is an inclusive, values based multi-disciplinary team including Advanced Specialist Nursing, Clinical and Applied Psychology, Allied Health Professionals, Admin and Support staff. Evidence of ongoing professional development is required as is being flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the service. Dedicated time given for learning opportunities.
Tailored and supportive line management alongside one to one and multi-disciplinary supervision structures are in place to support professional reflection and growth. There is an established dynamic monthly CPD programme driving forward staff and team development, including dedicated time for learning opportunities. Each member of staff is provided a laptop and have administration support in place.
Our main clinic is in Guildford, Surrey located near the bottom of the high street and situated on the second floor above Ceylon House of Coffee shop. We are also located close to local amenities and major transport links. There are several car parks nearby which are within walking distance from our clinic.

Salary: £34,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
