ProblemShared is seeking an experienced Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to join our growing Neurodevelopmental Team. ProblemShared takes a person-centered approach to assessment and intervention and is building a team of experts who believe in providing gold-standard assessments which focus on both strengths and challenges and provide the client with truly useful/ actionable support.
We are looking for a clinician to work as a Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to support in the delivery of autism and ADHD psychoeducation groups for adults and children who are referred by their Health Insurer.
The right candidate will have extensive clinical experience working as a mental health practitioner and have working knowledge of ADHD and Autism, whilst also having an understanding of group dynamics. You will be flexible and proactive. Whilst a team player with excellent communication skills, you will also need to be inspiring and organized, and will view the role not as a job, but rather as a vocation.
Key responsibilities
- Reporting to, and close liaison with the PDI Team Lead
- Delivering group intervention for adults and parents of children diagnosed with autism and/or ADHD.
- Supporting in the development of PDI materials and resources.
- Working closely with marketing to develop webinars.
- Utilising and analysing clinical outcomes to effect change.
- Keeping abreast of the latest research to ensure that resources are aligned to best practice.
- Attending clinical/business meetings and CPD events
- Working with clinical risk and safeguarding
- Maintaining strong clinical values and truly client centered care.

Further Information
ProblemShared is a remote business, and we have no central office. As a result, the team all work from home (or other suitable locations) so you will need to be comfortable with this as a working environment – and have a reliable internet connection. We have a lot to achieve to deliver a truly excellent proposition for our community of professionals and their clients and so the successful new team members need to be highly motivated self-starters.
