Networks Authority - (UK Special Projects Planning & Design)
Location: London, Newbury, Manchester, or Glasgow + Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do
To design and optimise special solution radio designs for Strategic, Corporate and Special Event locations and lead internal strategy decisions to make sure Vodafone’s network follows the product roadmap for these locations. As well as :
Make strategic technical decisions for special solutions – inbuilding guidelines, JOTs, small cell trials and MPN.- Support special events temporary deployments through planning, tunning, and deployment phases.
- Stakeholder and vendor management, aligning roadmaps to Vodafone network needs
Who you are
Some of the key skills experience and knowledge we are looking for are:
RAN planning/optimisation experience- Knowledge of one of main RAN vendors in the market
- Knowledge of Radio network functionality (2G/3G/4G/5G)
- Project management and Team lead experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
