Hours: Shift work covering hours 7am-7pm split over the following shift pattern
07:00 - 15:00 / 08:00 - 16:00 / 11:00 - 19:00

Your role
We are looking for a 3rd line Network Engineer to bring experience and knowledge to the team. Your role will involve taking ownership of complex incidents and progressing them through to resolution, Liaising with 3rd party engineers to troubleshoot issues, small to medium sized project work and investigating service improvements. You will also be involved in live network monitoring and catalogue change requests.
Your experience
- Strong desire to learn and upskill
- Strong technical knowledge of networks, network security and their configuration, particularly with Juniper technologies
- Must understand Juniper EX LAN switching products, and SRX firewall solutions.
- Must have strong understanding of OSI 7 layer model, Specifically layers 1 through 4
- Cisco Certifications and knowledge of wireless and firewalls desirable
This role will require you to become security cleared to an SC level National security vetting: clearance levels - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
