We’re looking for talented, enthusiastic and resourceful individuals to join our Cisco network support team to help deliver secure network environments using the latest Cisco products and services.

Who Will Succeed in This Role?
You will have experience managing and supporting complex Cisco network architectures and security solutions. You're comfortable working as part of a team of engineers to deliver support services into public sector organisations. You understand how to deliver outstanding customer service, managing customer incidents and service requests within defined SLA's and KPI's.

- Have an excellent understanding of the technology industry, including current and emerging digital strategies, solutions and trends.
- An excellent understanding of Cisco’s network and security solutions.
- Possess situational awareness to adapt and solve challenges from both business and technology perspectives.
- Display an ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic operational execution and delivery, including strong client-facing and team collaboration skills.
- Show empathy, curiosity, and a desire to challenge and constantly improve, acquire new skills and drive for results.
What Knowledge, Qualifications And Experience Are Required?
- CCNA Minimum
- DV Security clearance
- 3 years + experience supporting Cisco networks and security solutions.
- Experience in a NOC or SOC environment, providing monitoring, management and SWIM services for Cisco networks and applications.
- A good understanding of the following Cisco solutions and applications: DNA-C, Prime Infrastructure, Umbrella and AnyConnect.
- A good understanding of products such as Catalyst, ISR/ASR, ASA/FTD and ISE.
- Excellent communicator, able to build and maintain effective relationships with both customers and peers.
- Excellent documentation skills, able to produce clear and accurate designs and documentation.
- Ability to deliver against deadlines and within client SLA’s.
