Our client is keen to recruit a Junior Network Engineer to join their customer-focused Network Support Team. This is a fantastic entry–level opportunity as a Junior Network Engineer with great internal training and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities for the Junior Network Engineer:
Provide excellent customer service to all clients via verbal and written communication
Be the first point of contact for client calls and escalate to engineers
Logging all details of faults into the ticketing systems
Coordinate tests and troubleshooting for clients to resolve faults
Experience required for the Junior Network Engineer:
Strong background in customer service including Retail or Hospitality
Enthusiastic about Technology or Networking
Willing to learn and develop as part of a customer-focused team
