Position: Paralegal
Location: In-office (Leeds)
Salary: Up to £25,000 dependent on experience
As a Paralegal, you will assist in taking instructions for Wills, Trust Deeds, Lasting Power of Attorney and Probate matters, as well as supporting in drafting the relevant documents. In this role, you will assist and support fee earners to process legal work, resolve client enquiries and quotes, and carry out administrative work incidental to the progression of private client matters within the company.
You will have a desire to progress your career within a Private Client environment with an ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
To be successful you’ll need to bring…
- Education to degree level with a relevant degree or similar qualifications (e.g., CILEX, STEP).
- Experience in Private Client legal environment (desirable).
- Experience in a case management system (desirable).
- Committed to excellent client care and enthusiasm for private client work.
- Excellent IT skills particularly with experience in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Effective administrative skills with accurate and efficient time recording skills.
- Ability to identify problems, complaints, and risk management.
