Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled individual to fill the position of EUC Telephony Team Lead. The role involves creating and executing a telephony strategic plan, leading a team of telephony engineers, and delivering excellent technical support for end-user telephony services. What you will do
- Develop and implement the EUC telephony strategic roadmap, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Manage a team of EUC telephony engineers, providing guidance and ensuring the delivery of first-class customer-focused service.
- Provide technical support for end-user telephony applications, software, and devices.
- Lead the planning and execution of EUC telephony projects.
- Oversee reporting and stakeholder communication, ensuring timely updates and managing expectations.
- Evaluate and manage third-party suppliers, ensuring high standards of service delivery and support.
