Salary: £31,597 to £37,112 per annum
Hours: 36 per week
Contract Type: FTC/Secondment – 6 months
Location: Home working, covering the Milton Keynes zone
We are excited to offer this opportunity for a confident, customer focused Neighbourhood Response Officer to join our team .
You will be required to ensure that our estates and customers homes are places that they want to live, supporting customers to sustain their tenancies.
Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders your role is to ensure that Clarion Neighbourhoods are clean and safe, identify improvements, investigate breaches of tenancy and support customers to sustain their tenancies with a focus on those with complex needs.
You would be responsible for the design, delivery and measurement of local offers, activities and events with support from the involvement team.
What we are looking for
We are looking for confident and resilient individuals with a positive mind set. With sound experience in customer service enjoying working with customers who live in Clarion properties, building resilient communities with support from internal and external stakeholders.
You will have experience of working to plans and targets, using systems to monitor and manage your performance and log and monitor customer engagement. You will be a good judge of creating balance between proactive and reactive interventions.
