Our sales team is looking for a Sales Manager to join our organization and help grow and develop our sales force. The successful candidate will regularly work with team leaders to develop and train our sales representatives. This position is open to those who are passionate about sales, have strong leadership skills and an ability to develop and motivate others. The successful candidate will be able to identify key competitors and come up with innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of their company's rivals.
Responsibilities:
- Being a leader and mentor to junior sales representatives.
- Communicating effectively, both written and verbally, with employees and customers.
- Using judgement to make good decisions about customers, staffing, quantity of stock to order, etc.
- Making sales quotas.
- Monitoring sales representatives and ensuring that work is done efficiently and effectively.
- Ensuring that all rules for selling a company's products are followed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000.00 per year
