We're looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our On Trade team based - Burton/Hybrid

This isn’t a hard sell, quick win role, our aim is to build long lasting relationships with our customers and support them every step of the way.
In this role, you will have a great opportunity to support the Reporting Manager with the delivery of all standard and ad hoc reporting to the On & Off Trade Sales Team and Leadership team including Goals, Incentives, Distribution, ROS, and other KPIs.
As a part of an experienced and successful team, you will be providing ongoing data analysis, creating visual dashboards as well as developing actionable commentaries on any reporting for our commercial Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Reporting Analyst. You'll responsible for the timely production for regular business reporting across our On Trade Sales Function.
We will look to you, to provide clear reporting (business scorecard) to support Customer Directors and Sales Directors across the function to achieve a best in class business service.
You'll also proactively identify opportunities to add value to front line sales teams and be part of a continuous reporting process improvement program.
About You
If you get passionate about data visualisation and translating numbers into actionable insights and want to be part of a dynamic team then we want to hear from you.
Ideally, we would like for you to have strong analytical skills when you are a pro in Excel and had some experience with data visualisation software like Tableau as well as a willingness to learn.
This role will suit a recent graduate looking to put their analytical skills into action or someone looking to broaden their data experience in a very dynamic, complex, customer, and people orientated environment.
