We are an award winning 37 year old market leading, family run manufacturing company based in Neath, South Wales. We design and manufacture mailboxes and parcelboxes and supply sites throughout the UK and worldwide. We are part of the Renz Group with factories in Germany, France and Poland.

The Role :
We are currently seeking an experienced National Sales Account executive ( office based ) to join our progressive team.
We look for a positive and proactive can-do mindset, helpful and collaborative, flexible and keen to make a positive difference in a small company. The enthusiasm and team mentality is very important to us.
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Candidates must have a flexible mindset and is an excellent communicator via email, phone and with the ability to host meetings on Zoom or Teams as required.
Previous experience of sales, relationship building, developing business, the built environment, administration is highly advantageous - this role is deeply immersed in the sales department and a cross over into multiple sectors and clients.
We are looking for someone to bring knowledge, drive and ability to work independently but within our friendly, supportive and pleasant team environment.

Due to our location on an industrial estate it is advantageous if candidates are able to drive or have their own vehicle, although it is a 10 min walk from Neath train station and Bus stop. Free secure parking is available on site.

Job Description :
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced National Sales Account Executive to join our growing team on a full-time basis.
The main focus of this role is to help drive the business forward, through developing and maintaining relationships with key account customers via a number of sales channels. This includes actively generating new business from telephone and email contact, relationship building, nurturing existing contacts, checking in, handling telephone enquiries, orders, and supporting the sales team with data entry, working with spreadsheets, email campaigns and mailings. You will also be responsible for the developing of a group of companies and their growth and retention.
In addition, you may be asked to fulfil any other Business Development duties as they arise.
Key Accounts main activities ;
- Use all tools available to you, to achieve targets.
- Provide sales support to your customers, act as point of contact where appropriate and develop customer relationships
- Follow up quotations to convert to orders
- Ensure the CRM is accurate and up to date
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients via email and telephone
- Arrange and host meetings online and in person if required including educating the market
- To help ensure that the organisation understands and satisfies the customer’s requirements
- Work closely with internal personnel via email and telephone and assist with adhoc administration duties as and when required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent sales communication skills. They will be driven to provide quality customer service and account management. Be able to build relationships and gain information relating to our customers’ needs and requirements quickly and effectively. Have a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
