Assisting with the administration and control on the construction of large projects, identifying opportunities for new stores or managing the existing store estate. Whatever the task, you'll put your all into it.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Assistant to work within the Global Facilities Management deployment team. This is the rollout of a CAFM system across GBIE.
The rollout will impact a number of key stakeholders across Aldi, primarily our Store Operations and Real Estate departments, as well as our external suppliers.

Your New Role:
- Aligning asset information with financial asset data
- Collaborating with and supporting the immediate team
- Liaising with and co-ordinating projects/tasks with the Global Business Coordination Team
- Providing support to range of stakeholders on the CAFM system
- Reviewing and creating presentations
- Reviewing and creating training material
- Managing and responding to emails in the GFM Res Mailbox
- Coordinating stakeholder meetings across the ALDI South Group
- Requesting information and gathering feedback from departments
About You:
- Skilled and experienced with MS Office - PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Able to efficiently process large amounts of data
- Ability to work on own initiative and with a wider team
- Excellent spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Confidence in communication across all areas of the business
- Self-disciplined in completion of paperwork
- High organisation and diary management skills, ensuring deadlines are met
- Passionate about delivering a great service and conscious of the impact their work has on the wider business
- Ability to react quickly to changes
- Ability to interact across all levels of the business and different departments
What You’ll Get in Return:
- Salary starting from £34,690 rising to £40,510
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
