A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our company as a National Express Coach Driver. Being a National Express coach driver is a job with real purpose. Days are never the same as you’re out and about driving around the UK. Within the role you will be providing our customers with an outstanding level of service, whilst safely transporting and connecting them across our coach network. The rotas are a mix of 3 and 4 day weeks.
What will I earn?
Our National Express drivers start on £11.30 per hour rising to £11.82 after 12 months.
On top of this there are daily expenses paid ranging from £6.10 to £43.77.
Double crew coach cleaning £4:00 per day. Single crew coach cleaning £8:00 per day
Which means the average pay for a National Express Driver works out at £642 per week!
Where will I be based?
All of our National Express drivers are based at the Riverside depot in Gateshead.
Do I need to have a bus driving licence to apply?
Yes. A full PCV licence is required.
