As National Relationship Manager, you will support the Relationship Director in the delivery of cleaning services and strategy for a national contract. The National Relationship Manager will oversee and support a team of Local Account Managers to produce maximum returns. This will involve field accompaniment to drive the performance of operations and contract support staff, close analysis of the business and production of operating strategies for each contract.

As National Relationship Manager you’ll be:
- Attending meetings with all senior points of contact
- Reviewing monthly KPI/QA scores, ensuring required scores are being consistently achieved.
- Undertaking site visits as required to assess standards and quality audit scores.
- Ensuring our Help Point team are meeting KPI’s with managing queries
- Maximising business opportunities, identifying new service opportunities and/or operating practices.
- Conducting & completing Annual Reviews of all allocated contracts
- Reviewing profit and loss on a quarterly basis ensuring the contract is running in the most profitable manner, highlight any losses and suggest cost savings.
As National Relationship Manager you’ll have:
- The ability to communicate with Director and MD level clients confidently and concisely.
- The ability to identify possible drops in service at early stages, to eliminate major dips in service occurring.
- Proven experience of managing managers and the ability to coach and mentor managers, who are experiencing difficulties.
- Commercial analysis and resolution proposing capability
- Experience with acquisitions and integration.
- The ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment, able to use time proactively to ensure that potential problems do not surface
