The successful Planning Assistant will Act independently providing assistance in the production of planning reports for GB and IE

Your New Role:
As part of your role key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and release of sales and customer data to the business
- Preparation of reports relating to monthly financial forecasts
- Consolidation of country financial forecasts
- Support the Planning team in completion of month end reporting
- Support the Planning team Manager responsible for consolidation of the national budget
- Use of national data warehouse to upload financial plans and prepare planning reports
- Provide data to Planning Managers from reporting systems and support with reporting as required
- Liaise with regions and national departments to support the planning process
- Update relevant Handbook documents as required
- Manage shared mailbox
About You
- You will be AAT qualified
- Experience of working with various stakeholders
- Accuracy and an eye for detail, always employing the appropriate checks to ensure data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and understands the importance of meeting deadlines, understanding how this effects the wider business
- Ability to work clearly and methodically with a large amount of data
- Be driven to develop in the role
- Familiar within a corporate environment

- Starting salary from £34,690 rising to £40,510
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
