Your New Role
- Guide Project Managers through Aldi’s project governance framework
- Provide organisational and administrative support to Project Managers
- Advise Project Managers on how to successfully deliver their projects
- Undertake project work as required
- Support and train Project Teams in using ServiceNow to manage their projects
- Coordinate, plan and execute international updates to Aldi’s project governance framework
- Provide feedback to Aldi’s International Project Management Working Group
- Assist in prioritising the GB/IE project portfolio, making recommendations on how to allocate resources
- Create and collate presentations / documentation for all levels within the business, including senior leadership
- Train other team members where appropriate
- Ensure National and International deadlines are met
- Learn about processes and procedures in all departments to understand how projects impact on the business
- Need to demonstrate a desire to take on responsibility and work independently
About You
- Strong competencies in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and document accuracy
- Able to prioritise multiple work streams and meet key deadlines
- Able to analyse large quantity of information and make informed recommendations / decisions
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, able to communicate clearly and confidently to have a positive influence on others
- Must be detail orientated, deadline driven and able to multi-task
- Able to react to situations as they evolve and reprioritise workload

- Starting salary from £34,690 rising to £40,510
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
