We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Helpdesk. This is a great opportunity for someone with a technical/software interest that is looking for an entry level position in order to gain industry experience.
An average day in the role is fast paced and no two days are alike, team dynamics are something that’s important to us – we support and learn from each other and have a wide mix of backgrounds.
The ideal candidate:
- Has excellent spoken and written English communication
- Can demonstrate an ability to enthusiastically engage with clients in a friendly manner, building relationships and understanding their needs
- Is comfortable using computers.
- A willingness to learn how to operate our various systems to provide the support required
- Enjoys problem solving
- Has good organisational and time management skills
- Approaches tasks in a logical and methodical manner with a high attention to detail
- Takes initiative in their own development and takes opportunities to improve their skills
