Our head office in Hull is hiring a telemarketer who will work to support the national accounts and marketing team to generate new business leads by contacting customers through database marketing and directly by telephone to qualify prospects and in turn set appointments.
The successful candidate will work with national accounts to generate new business leads through the forming of strong relationships by focusing on customers wants and needs rather than high pressure sales techniques.
The role will require the answering of sales enquiries, ensuring the CRM / sales database is kept current and up to date where required and also support the Marketing Manager in communicating promotions, new product announcements and after sales information to pre-defined audiences within the CRM.
You will also be responsible for supporting the marketing manager with digital campaigns through email, live chat and social media with great progression opportunity for the right person.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a database of potential customers via multiple channels, including but not limited to – existing prospect database, LinkedIn, feedback from sales team, inbound marketing.
- Qualify prospects through telephone contact to ascertain whether or not they fit the Windsor profile using predefined criteria as set out by the business
- Use your gatekeeper skills to ensure you speak to the Key Decision Maker or gather their information for follow up purposes
- Fluently deliver the marketing script, ensuring the decision maker is excited about the prospect of our product
- Ensure that the business qualifies in line with the key criteria then obtaining commitment from the key decision maker for an appointment
