We are looking for a superstar eCommerce account manager to manage one of our biggest online partners – Ocado – and helping to shape and grow our Direct to Consumer business. You will be part of the UK Sales team and report to the Head of eCommerce based in Frimley.
You will be commercially savvy and have a skill for juggling lots of balls. We’re looking for someone who can build fantastic relationships with our internal teams and who can support them winning with our customers. You’ll also be comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment where you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions and own your customer.

Responsibilities :
  • Relentlessly pioneer the future and pursue ambitious growth opportunities in your customers. Define a customer strategy and convert it into a plan that helps you win. Bang the drum and rally the troops behind your customer and your plans. Proactively share updates and inspire the wider LSB business on your customer’s strategy, performance, risks and opportunities.
  • Agree & execute yearly sales / in-store plans (JBPs) with customers to deliver sales, profit & return on investment. Be resourceful & employ innovative solutions to deliver value, gross margin & distribution targets for your customers. Manage trade terms, agreements, price increases & promotional plans. Develop sustainable commercial solutions to solve issues before they become issues.
  • Over deliver on all account management basics. This includes accurate and timely financial and demand forecasting, performance tracking and reporting and being all over your NAM-admin
  • Live the values of LSB. Collaborate closely with other members of the team to set an envied culture and ways of working aligned with the company values and behaviours.
  • Contribute to the wider sales team, share best practice, learnings and ideas and collaborate with others to help contribute to team goals and ambitions.
Experience you’ll bring:
  • You’ll be someone with great eCommerce experience and/or managing a retailer
  • You have built winning sales plans and negotiated annual business plans.
  • You will adept at building and fostering relationships, both internally and externally
  • You’ll be someone who is comfortable managing a P&L and knowing which levers to pull

  • You'll not be comfortable in a bureaucratic ‘ivory tower’ – you’re a self-starter who’s not afraid to get your hands dirty and kick ass fast … and you’ll have the personality and energy to set and add to the team vibe in our office (hint: do you like fancy dress, free breakfast, can you catch a frisbee, and could you help mend the coffee machine?)
