As part of the Consumers Products Division, you’ll be playing a huge part in our mission: to democratize the best of beauty, and for us, beauty has to be sustainable.

As an experienced National Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving retail sell-out, growing market share & managing your P&L down to GM for your specific category/s, both in-store & online.
You will take ownership of managing the brand strategies and identifying opportunities for growth, with a particular focus on a differentiation plan. You will also take the lead on additional account responsibilities to develop your role as a leader within the wider team.
You will be the key point of contact with Tesco buyers on your category/s, and building strong relationships with your counterparts will be a big focus and is fundamental to drive the business forwards in 2022.
The role will also require strong collaboration with internal stakeholders across multiple functions across the division, in order to execute the strongest possible commercial and brand plans.
You will
Be building credible and collaborative working relationships & key cross functional contacts, including supply, category, finance & marketing
Present internally & externally, to multiple stakeholders, new business opportunities which deliver value for both L'Oréal & Tesco, considering the impact for your team but also the wider channel
Develop retailer centric strategies for Tesco; identify joint objectives and build plans for mutual growth
Sell brand & product propositions & negotiate commercial plans
Influence future Tesco initiatives and collaborations; ensuring our brands maximizes all available opportunities in store and online
Manage all lines of the P&L from sell in down to gross margin, retail sell out and your share position in the market and SIT levels to ensure delivery of key KPIs both internally & externally
Work with your brand teams to identify additional retail opportunities for the brand
You have
Strong communication skills – written and verbal
Strong influencing skills – you will be required to demonstrate thought leadership as well as drive to execution
Ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally
Experience in managing complexity within a fast-paced sales / retail environment
Enthusiasm and passion for working in a team and with multiple stakeholders across the business
Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail for creating sound commercial arguments
