National Account Manager job in Wimborne
Dovetail Recruitment is proud to be working with a commercial, creative, and dynamic business in recruiting a National Sales Manager. The National Account Manager requires a “can do” attitude as well as an enthusiastic, high-energy, and committed candidate. The National Account Manager role will be the customer-facing voice, representing the business, and will be reporting to the Global Sales Manager. The National Account Manager will be working with key retailers and leading grocers in the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Generating revenue with both existing and new customers
· Manage a warm and thorough onboarding of new customers
· Manage all incoming briefs, outgoing proposals, and pricing, overseeing the quality and accuracy of all necessary customer admin
· Accountable for the quality and speed at which a customer receives requested information, samples, and proposals
· Ensure their active customers receive the best service experience
· Responding in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner, via emails or calls.
Knowledge and Experience:
· Experience in product, working within retail, and sales
· Excellent negotiation skills
· Experienced managing a pipeline
· A customer account management background
Salary and Benefits:
· A salary of up to £55,000 per annum plus bonus
