Live in Nanny Job, North Berwick (could be live out)
We have a wonderful position for a dedicated and experienced Nanny to join a busy family of 6 (4 children - 8,5,3 and a 5 month old) in a beautiful location in North Berwick. You will be replacing their beloved Nanny of 7 years. This is perfect role for someone looking for a long-term position within a warm, informal, and friendly family. This is combination of Sole and Shared charge. The older two children are at a local prep school and the 3-year-old is at Nursery 3 days a week. The children are active and enjoy the outdoors, dance and arts and crafts
Responsibilities and requirements:
- Morning routine
- Evening routine
- School and Nursery drop offs and picks ups
- All nursery duties
- Wardrobe and seasonal changes
- Healthy cooking for the children
- Batch cooking
- Driving duties, after school clubs
- Babysitting
- Occasional proxy parenting
- Travel with family 3-4 weeks of the year
It is essential that the Nanny has a helpful and can-do attitude and works well with others and is happy to help where needed. The Nanny must have hands on experience taking care of sibling groups and be organised, pro-active and flexible and have a professional attitude. There is a housekeeper and also additional childcare support during the busier times.
Start date: For the right candidate
Working Week: Monday – Friday (50 – 60-hour week)
Accommodation: 2 bed flat – All bills included
Driving: Essential, a car is provided for work purposes
Salary: Top salary, above market rate - depending on experience
