Nanny/Housekeeper Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland
Job description
We are looking for help with childcare Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1-6pm every week including holidays for 2 boys aged 6 and 10. This would involve collecting children from school for homework and evening meal prep/cooking.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for children in a safe and secure environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including playtime, educational games, and crafts
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks
- Assist with homework and school assignments
- Ensure children adhere to daily routines
- Maintain a clean and organized home
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child's progress and any concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience as a babysitter or nanny preferred
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
A driving license is required in order to collect the children from school and bring them home.

Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary: £9.02-£14.00 per hour
