Job description
Experienced Nanny required for busy family located in Ipswich Suffolk.
We are looking for a reliable, trustworthy Nanny to assist with the day to day care of 3 school age children ages 15, 11 and 7. Someone kind with a genuine love of working with children.
A cheerful, polite and assertive person will be required who can manage the study timetable with the children and make sure they fulfil it. The children are encouraged to keep their rooms tidy and the Nanny will be required to encourage this.
The family have a cleaning company so there is no housework involved other than general tidying and putting away.
Term Time Monday to Friday 3.30pm to 9pm and every other Saturday 10am to 4pm
School Holidays Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm
The position:
- Schools runs to 2 different schools ( safe car driver with clean licence)
- Serving children their meals ( pre-prepared)
- Creating, planning and taking the children to activities
- Making sure children have downtime before bed
- Organising bath and bed time
The Person:-
- Will preferably have childcare qualifications or a wealth of previous fully referenced Nanny experience
- Car driver with a clean licence
- A good cook or be happy following cooking instructions
- Will be well educated and able to assist the children with their homework
- Live locally to Ipswich
- Non smoker
A good salary will be offered and a gym membership could be available to the Nanny.
Fully checkable references will be required as well as a DBS
