Central Office staff work closely with schools, offering a wealth of expertise to underpin schools’ own knowledge. Our specialist departments, including HR, finance, technology, strategy and performance, estates, and marketing, work alongside dedicated school improvement teams. By joining us, you will provide ongoing support to schools, ultimately improving the outcomes of our pupils.
The Role

Our programme is growing, and we are now seeking an experienced marketing manager who will help us to reach, captivate and recruit the next generation of inspirational teachers. You will be a skilled, enthusiastic generalist, but particular expertise in content, social, and/or digital advertising is welcome. Creative and insightful, you will have an instinct for strategy. A natural innovator, you will seek out opportunities for continuous improvement to increase your impact.

This is a hybrid role, with two days a week in our Peterborough offices. We are open to flexible working arrangements. Responsibilities
Work with the Director of Marketing and senior leaders in United Teaching to develop marketing plans- Deliver all marketing activities on time and to budget, with a particular focus on advertising, social media, email campaigns and exhibitions and events.
- Be responsible for the development and production of all required marketing collateral, including website content.
- Analyse and report on the success of marketing activities, utilising Google Adwords and Analytics, relevant CRM systems, customer surveys and reporting, and other tools as required
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring quality and consistency across all platforms to build awareness and reputation
- Fulfil any other duties as may be reasonably requested.
