SWEET NANNY/MOTHER'S HELPER IN SAN CLEMENTE- FULL-TIME - 5 year old and 9 year old plus twin babies coming - 40 hours a week
Wonderful Family in San Clemente is looking for a spectacular Nanny for their 5 and 9 year old and new twin babies coming. Must have at least 6+ years as a Nanny and Newborn to school age experience. Background in daycares or preschools a plus! The ideal candidate is sweet, caring, and reliable. Understands Sensory play, arts and crafts, reading, teaching for toddlers. Baby sign language would be a plus! Teaching and learning through play is important to the family. Also, the nanny must like to cook different dishes for the child and meal prep and also meal prep/cooking for the dinner at times. Mother will be home to help with all kids and needs a mother's helper.
Schedule: Monday and Friday 8-5pm and can vary. Some date nights and weekends. Paid sick days and Major Holidays off.
Professional Nanny/Mother's Helper Duties:
- Nany must have at least 6+ years experience as a Nanny for families long term
- Pay: $30-$35/hour
- Schedule: Monday and Friday 8-5pm but can change for summer schedule. Need someone flexible. Some date nights and weekends. 40+ Hours a week!
- Mother's Helper/House Manager - ok with helping mom who is working from home. Twins due in November and she needs help to handle this transition with 2 older kids as a Mother's Helper.
- Nanny must be proficient in working with babies with sensory play and motor skils. Singing and reading, engaging with children. Take baby on walks to parks. Help with learning and milestones. Understands sleep training. Montessori trained is wonderful!
- With older kids 5 and 9, help with taking them to school and pick up, homework, activities and fun games, sports, etc. If you have a large car, can give gas reimbursement or you can use their SUV for driving kids.
- Nanny must help with Household Management tasks, errands, and some organizing. Light cleaning and dishes. Meal Prep. Help with laundry and beds for kids.
- Educational Degree in Childcare is preferred
- Training with babies in Daycare/Preschools and Baby sign language a plus!
- Nanny needs to be CPR Certified and trained
- Covid Vaccination Optional.
- Background Check will be performed.
- We require 2-3 References
